Summary/Abstract: In this article the author focuses, on the one hand, on the identification and analysis of the markers of reformulation favoured by judges in the corpus of judgements rendered by the CJEU in 2020 and 2021, considered to be a very important element for the coherent and cohesive construction of this judicial genre, and, on the other, on their translation into Italian in order to assess both the influence that the procedural language exerts on the other, and the possible formation of habits in terms of translation equivalents.
