Summary/Abstract: Today, businesses and their employees need to keep up with the rapid developments and changes. Since each of the existing businesses has different functioning, purposes and characteristics, the features and working systems of the employees are shaped in this direction. Therefore, the degree to which these factors affect social innovation will also vary with the variability of factors such as compliance of business employees with innovation, risk levels and self-esteem levels in the work to be done.The intertwining of entrepreneurship, internal entrepreneurship concepts and innovation concepts that are of great importance for enterprises and focused on innovation provides great convenience for enterprises to achieve their goals. With this study, it is aimed to reveal the effects of domestic entrepreneurial trends of employees of private and public sector bank branches in Van city center on social innovation. With the analyses, it was concluded that the effect of internal entrepreneurship dimensions on social innovation and the effect of risk-taking and self-confidence dimensions on social innovation were not meaningful.
