Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the primary and secondary schools teachers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the province of Van. The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in 490 teachers who joined the survey has been examined by regression analysis As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that organizational commitment have a positive impact on teachers' job satisfaction and I concluded that there was a positive relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
