Decisions in Human Resources Management and the Erotic Capital of Candidates and Employees

Summary/Abstract: The article is about the concept of erotic capital and its role in making personnel decisions. The purpose of the article is to present the individual components of the erotic capital of a candidate for employment (or employee) as factors that may be important for HR decisions, in relation to the „owner” of that capital. To achieve this goal, a systematic literature review was carried out and the results of secondary research were used. The results of the research have proved that the components of erotic capital are significant from the point of view of decisions related to recruitment, remuneration, promotion, and dismissal; therefore, sexual capital is one of the factors that influences the professional situation of the individual.
