Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the role of employees’ needs in the context of strengthening the organization’s employer brand. Its purpose is to assess the degree of the connection between the needs of members of organization and the strength of the employer brand. Reflections start with the presentation of key factors that influence the assessment of employer brand image by employees. The second part of the article refers to the results of the author`s own research conducted among 766 working people in Poland. It shows that the extent to which the employee needs are met in the workplace affects the strength of the employer brand.
