Summary/Abstract: The highest level of the property protection of the influential representatives from the Dubrovnik neighbourhood came to existence as a state deposit. Sandalj Hranić’s property protection in Dubrovnik was of an economic and political strategy. Together, with the banus’ wife Anka and Catherine, he was motivated to make deposit in Dubrovnik, because of the level of protection-saving account, his own care for his descendants
