Summary/Abstract: The process of proving is at the base of the successful realization and the reach of the objective truth within the formed administrative process. The development of the modern informational technologies provides the oporotunity for improvement of our national legal system and because of this the final result would be a more complete realization of the principles and goals of the procedure. On a global scale, profiling is becoming more important. It’s mechanisms and features are subject to studies from different specialists in the different fields of human knowledge. But given the huge amount of online activity on behalf of the internet users, the development of the theoretical progress in the area of profiling would be of great help for the judicial and implementing state authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria. Sources of information regarding the facts and circumstances, which are subject to proving can be different net based resources. They can be social networks (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), websites for multimedia consumption (such as Youtube, Spotify, Apple Music), etc. All of them contain information about their users, which is processed, based on the regulation of the Internation, European and National legislation. But on different occasions, this information would largely ease the work of the implementing State authorities.
