Summary/Abstract: ation communicated by the potential client. These data and information concern a series of aspects necessary to determine the cost of the loan on the one hand, as well as the aspects of the creditworthiness of the potential client, which will later be the basis for making the decision regarding the eligibility or not of the potential client and, as a consequence, the lending decision or not. To determine the cost of the loan, the bank takes into account the amount of the advance that the potential client has (as a weight and the part of his contribution), the amount of income he makes, the age of the applicant, the life insurance if he owns it, by seniority at the workplace, by the bank where he collects his income. Collecting the income at the bank that grants the loan gives the potential client a reduction in the interest rate, respectively, he can benefit from a better credit offer. To this can be added a possible life insurance and the higher amount of the advance which can have the effect of reducing the cost of the bank loan. Even if, prior to the conclusion of the bank credit agreement, the bank credit offer comes to the potential client, as a means of information, of knowledge that is the basis of the credit option, the credit offer does not eliminate the subsequent possibilities of the appearance of imbalances in the bank contracts of lending generating abusive clauses.
