Summary/Abstract: In order to ensure employee participation degree in the organization's leadership process, especially by applying indirect ways, managers can use a range of methods and techniques to stimulate employee creativity. Methods and techniques are not used by managers just to streamline the managerial process, but also to activate the individual's and group's innovation skills and, in particular, to remove the psycho-social barriers that inhibit the manifestation of these skills.
