Summary/Abstract: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the considerations is to describe how the students of music university perceive their everyday education in times of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The research problem was formulated as question: How does the pandemic affect the activities undertaken by students of a music university and what has changed in their perception of time and space? The research was carried out using an autobiographical narrative interview. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: Considerations on the issues raised began with the analysis of the categories of everyday life in relation to time and space. How the disorder of everydayness can affect a person was also described. RESEARCH RESULTS: The analysis of the collected material showed that the pandemic has limited the artistic activity, both in the field of academic education and additional activity beyond the study plan to a large extent. Implemented restrictions and the lack of confrontation with the audience contributed to the fact that they do not have appropriate conditions for the development of own skills. Distance education is very challenging due to technical problems, but it is also associated with a heavy mental burden. Their perception of the space and time of study has also changed. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The time of the pandemic for the surveyed students is binding with disappointment, the necessity to resign from activities undertaken earlier as well as uncertainty whether they will be properly prepared to undertake future professional work.
