Summary/Abstract: Between September 14-16, 2022, the annual Congress of the International Literary and Artistic Association – ALAI took place in the charming city of Estoril in Portugal, an event organized with a physical presence after 2 years in which, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, it took place online. The ALAI 2022 Congress started on September 14 with the work of the ALAI Executive Committee, which includes the Presidents of the national groups, continued with the scientific event dedicated to „Copyrights, neighbouring rights and special rights. State of affairs and further outlook” and ended with the General Assembly of the Association, which took place in the afternoon of the last day, at the end of the debates of the scientific program
