Summary/Abstract: Our interviewees held three-hour psychodrama sessions for theatre professionals on two occasions, which was followed by a focus group interview on mental well-being, which was also attended by theatre creators. In our discussion, we were interested among other things in their thoughts on the significance of mental health in an artistic process; as well as in their assessment of the present situation of the professional environment in theatres as regards mental well-being, as based on their encounters with theatre artists. Iza and Enikő answered these questions, and raised many other unavoidable problems related to this topic, which hopefully will be useful for all those who want to take care of their own and others’ mental health during their work.
