Summary/Abstract: t has been 10 years since I was integrated, as an associate professor, in the ULCO collective; for a more scientific accuracy, within the RII laboratory. This is a priceless honor. During this decade, the participation at the Saint-Omer Colloquium, initiated and brought to excellency it has today by the reputed professor and ex – Judge Marc Richevaux, has become an annual tradition. For these reasons, the following text, through which the moral values in work discipline are exalted, of pluri – discipline, self – confinement of the law and spirituality, literacy of the territory in the frame of a rational and pacifist mondialism, is dedicated to him, as it is accustomed towards the great founding fathers in general.
