Summary/Abstract: Our European Union, I think, already has a common language. It is a digital language, not yet vernacular, but quasi-vernacular. It will tell me that it is an artificial language. But, what is the artificial? In the ontology of European Law, of what I am professor at the master level, according to my understanding, there is no artificial. I find that the human mind is a product of nature. It is perfectly natural. Products of the mind, the noèmes in our noetic world in which we have just enter, are in their turn, and necessarily, naturals. No artificial. A simple syllogism is sufficient. God in his Creation includes everything. The creation of the creature is a creation too. And, very soon, the modern techniques of communication will facilitate even the very sophisticated expressions of their thoughts. In any case, the idea of multilingualism is a social and cultural gain which should be retained in the EU.
