Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the analysis of anti-corruption solutions for college members. Both permanent and non permanent staff college members are public officials. The former has an employment relationship with the college, the latter a legal and organizational relationship that is not an employment relationship. However, in terms of anti-corruption solutions, the legislator differentiated the status of college members. permanent members are liable not only under the provisions of the Act on Local Government Appeal Colleges but also under the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Act. In the author’s opinion, this distinction should be changed, and broader anti-corruption rules should apply to non-permanent members of the local government appeals board.
