Short Description

The academic journal, "Studia Prawnoustrojowe" (English: "Constitutional and Law System Studies"; henceforth referred to as such) was launched in 2003. It was originally released as an annual publication of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn; since 2011, it is released quarterly. By the end of 2016, 34 issues of the journal were published.

The journal, in its extended formula, covers essential issues and problems of every field of law, as well as history, sociology and philosophy of law. The title of the journal is henceforth a reference to its noble tradition, but no longer sets the limits of scientific discourse, which should freely develop on the pages of "Constitutional and Law System Studies". This allows the possibility of the development of significant changes aimed at creating a broader platform  for exchanging thoughts, views and concepts in the interdisciplinary dimension. The idea on which the foundations of the way the magazine operates is based on encouraging the researchers of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn to participate in or strengthen the existing cooperation with the magazine - for it to become a common good, a forum to exchange views in a large group of scientists working at the Faculty.
