Summary/Abstract: This scientific explication is based on many analysis from the survey that has been conducted in 2017/18.year. The main goal of the research was to determine the level of qualitative living among youth and to declare is there any youth organizations and youth participations in creating youth culture in Mostar. Youth culture is intersection in dialogs about contemporary life styles in the cites. Level of youth participation, especially in process of creating youth culture is starting point for knowledge about what kind of life is in Mostar.
