Summary/Abstract: This study aims to achieve several fundamental objectives. First of all, it aims to facilitate the assimilation of ideas and information regarding the basic European institutions and norms, essentially those related to the adoption of the decision at EU level by Romanian/European citizens. Secondly, it seeks to ensure that students and researchers in the field, who are at the beginning of the road, are familiar at technical level with a number of issues of great interest, such as those in the field of European governance, the decision-making role of the institutions in Europe, as the institutions, decision-making mechanisms, policies and legislation of the Union are the basic elements of understanding the current functioning of the EU.
