Summary/Abstract: Ibn Arabi’s theological thought has occupied a special place in the Bosnian theological-philosophical tradition. The theologian who was the first to write about Ibn Arabi during the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in Latin script was a scholar from Tuzla, Abdurahman Adil Čokić. The paper explores topics related to tasawwuf, that is, theological topics in two chapters of Čokić’s theological treatise al-Shaykh al-Akbar Muhyī ad-Dīn ibn Arabi. Therefore, the paper presents Čokić’s theological perception of several Ibn Arabi’s terms, and, finally, points out their historical relevance in the intellectual discourse of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
