Summary/Abstract: The article presents the actual topic of organizational psychology – the management and development of talents in organizations. Provided is an introduction in the topic and its importance in contemporary organizational context. Described is the importance of performance and potential assessment in organizations. Provided are different concepts and examples on what is talent in business context. Introduced are the main steps in talent management – recruitment of proper talents, on boarding, development, engagement, and retention. Presented are different learning and development tools – learning on the job, relationship-based learning and development and classical forms as trainings, seminars, education, e-learning. Introduced are results and feedback of managers by provided seminars on Talent management in a big international organization.
