The roles of leaders in the process of innovation management

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to discuss the role of leaders in innovation management processes. The paper starts with an assumptions of low level of enterprises innovation which later allows to present two issues that, in the opinion of the authors, can be considered as critical in the process of innovation management − creating of innovation through knowledge and collaboration and the role of collective genius to manage innovation.
