Breaking the barriers in the boundary management of Polish enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the results of the research into barriers in the boundaries management of Polish enterprises and the mechanisms that enable to eliminate these barriers. The paper starts with a description of the basic assumptions of the concept of organizational boundaries and characteristics of research methodologies, which later lead to the discussion of the results of research on the boundaries management of Polish enterprises.
