Evaluation of risk management practices in companies listed on the WSE

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to provide an analysis of the risk management systems in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The choice of risk management systems of listed companies, as the objects of analysis was not accidental. It was due to the fact of special exposure of these organizations on risk and usually more serious effects of its materialization than in other companies. The aim of the analysis is to identify trends in risk management practices, its measurement and reporting in Warsaw listed companies.
