Outsourcing process management – selected legal and management aspects

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article is to present the concept of risk management in the external processes through the application of the measurement system for monitoring and controlling the key performance indicators of the services and the relationship between the partners. The paper consists of three parts and a summary. The first part characterizes and analyzes factors affecting the construction of the system of monitoring the external processes. The second part describes the key stages and risks of outsourcing. The third part shows a proposal for financial and non-financial parameters which can be the basis of the evaluation and optimization of these processes, taking into account the point of view of the customer, internal processes, financial advantages and possibilities of development.
