Summary/Abstract: In this study, it was investigated whether there is a differentiation between public and private hospital employees in Malatya on the basis of political behavior, whistleblowing and ethical work climate perception. For this purpose, political behavior, whistleblowing and ethical work climate perception scales were used in the related research, and frequency, confirmatory factor analysis and mann whitney u tests were used in the analysis of the data obtained. In the study, it was determined that political behaviors were used more by participants working in the private sector. In addition, it was determined that the mean score of the whistleblowing scale of the participants working in the private sector was higher than the participants working in the public sector. In addition, it is seen that there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the ethical work climate perception scale according to the sectors of the participants.
