THE EFFECT OF GLOBALIZATION ON SUMERBANK, TURKEY'S INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL

Summary/Abstract: In the first years of the Republic of Turkey, by Atatürk himself, in order to ensure efficient and integrated savings of the industrialization movement by making sure of all national resources and savings for the national basic needs and the development of the country; Leather Shoes, From Ready-to-Wear to Ceramics, Cement, Mining, and Banking, the industry leader in the industry founded on national interests, undertaking the task of lead, Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, K. Maraş, Adana, Mersin, Sivas, Tunceli, Elazig, Sümerbank was a powerful institution that was integrated with the people and collapse within its economic mobilization to all Anatolia such as Diyarbakır, Van, Kars and Erzurum. This study discussed the reasons for this closure based on merit and its current reflections.
