Summary/Abstract: It is about document that has been published at the official website of the Republic of Srpska’s President Milorad Dodik in November 2012, on the occasion of the seventeenth anniversary since the Peace Agreement was initialed in Dayton. The Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska compiled it in September of the same year. This document gives its view of the Dayton Agreement and the solution of crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Extremely unfair interpretation of the Dayton Agreement and Bosnia and Herzegovina is performed at the same time. By setting thesis that Bosnia and Herzegovina was founded in Dayton and that before that it did not exist as an independent state, while at the same time they were glorifying the Republic of Srpska as an entity that together with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina established Bosnia and Herzegovina, they actually substitute thesis. They talk about Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state community with confederal state model, although there is no foundation for such view. Even all the states that arise from breakup of SFRY have State property rights, they denied it and underline the thesis that the property belongs to the entities. Consciously avoid additional responsibilities of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the full extent as provided in the Dayton Agreement, emphasis is placed only on the listed responsibilities that were given to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The role of the High Representative is denied, even though he is an important factor in the subsistence of Bosnia and Herzegovina and implementation of the Dayton Agreement. In the end, establishment of third entity with Croatian majority as the final solution for Bosnia and Herzegovina is proposed or otherwise, it will inevitably disintegrate.
