Summary/Abstract: Modern conditions of economic development form the need to create an innovative university ecosystem, which should develop on the principles of dynamism, openness and active interaction of the main participants in the innovation process: the state, business, society, science and education. The level of development of innovations and technology transfer, as well as the improvement of the mechanism for managing the innovation ecosystem are an important aspect in the development of the university and its competitiveness.
