Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the features and structure of Israel's national innovation system. Israel has an established national innovation system that contains all the elements of the innovation cycle: fundamental and applied science, research and development (R&D), various financing structures and an established system of commercialization of innovations. The country has significant innovative potential due to highly qualified personnel, the availability of the latest technology and financial capabilities, including for attracting foreign specialists and know-how, as well as the implementation of a number of state programs and projects
