Summary/Abstract: Since the industrial revolution, our ever-evolving world has been home to many innovations and differences. Especially with technological developments, people's quality of life increases and life becomes easier. Negative situations are observed from time to time during the continuous change and development circulation. With long working hours, increased competition and intense work pace, stress and pressure, the employee is unable to spare time and suffers psychological damage. It is necessary to thoroughly understand the concept of psychological violence, which is the biggest danger of our age. Psychological violence is a deliberate immoral attitude and behavior that is systematically applied directly or indirectly towards the target individual or individuals, to harm the victim's personality, professional life and health. When evaluated in this context, the aim of the research is to determine the effect of mobbing perceptions of employees working in the historical Grand Bazaar in Bursa on their work-life balance. 219 of these employees were reached on a voluntary basis by convenience sampling method. As a result of the findings, it was determined that mobbing negatively affects Work-Life Balance (β= -0.103 p<0.05). Suggestions have been made to prevent this negative effect in individual, organizational and social contexts.
