How Does Ecological Organizational Innovation Affect Performance? Konya Automotive Sub-Industry Business Cluster Survey

Summary/Abstract: Ecological organizational innovation, as a new and current type of innovation in enterprises, is a subject that is discussed in the context of future concerns of dynamic business structures. Business performance is the holistic system that determines the success criteria of businesses. After the conceptual analysis, “How does ecological organizational innovation affect performance?” An answer to the basic research question is sought. In this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between ecological organizational innovation and business performance in businesses. The study is empirical research. Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in this study. 148 returns were obtained from employees of Konya Automotive Supply Industry Work Cluster determined by simple random method. Analyzes were made depending on the feedback obtained. According to the results of the regression analysis, it was seen that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between ecological organizational innovation and business performance.
