Dynamic Capabilities How To Seek? A Bibliometric Analysis for the Research Density Period (2010-2014)

Summary/Abstract: The concept of dynamic capabilities, which try to understand/explain how enterprises can gain competitive advantage and how to maintain their competitive advantage, is considered as an extension of the resource-based view. An effective move is required as a prerequisite for the success of enterprises in a hyper-competitive environment. For businesses, this move is dynamic capabilities. Dynamic capabilities are evaluated as the capacity of the enterprise, which is effective in gaining competitive advantage, both qualifying the compliance of the business with the environment, and shaping the environment, and developing, implementing and managing new business models. This study examines the period between 2010 and 2014, which includes the most cited studies and the most cited studies on the concept of dynamic abilities, and analyzes the studies taking, place in this period with various bibliometric criteria and presents results and recommendations depending on the analyzes.
