Considerations regarding the object, suspension and return of enforcement

Summary/Abstract: In this study, the author aims to highlight a series of aspects related to the extent of the object of enforced execution, the agreements concluded between the creditor and the debtor regarding this extent, as well as regarding the limitations of the fundamental principle of availability that governs the civil procedural activity, through the prism of the goods exempted from enforcement.In addition, the institutions of suspension and return of enforcement are analyzed, as manifestations of the principle of availability in the second phase of the civil process.
