Evolution of the romanian civil procedure in view of adopting the new code

Summary/Abstract: The Romanian civil procedure, just like other regulations, has had a sinuous evolution since the adoption of the Code and until present, when we are about to adopt a new fundamental normative source in this field. These considerations intend to achieve a sketchy presentation of the main stages marking the considerable history of our modern and contemporary civil procedure, emphasizing a few moments on this route which, unfortunately, has not always been an evolution as well.
