Summary/Abstract: Constitutional law is a leading and active branch of law and occupies a central place in the na-tional legal system of Bulgaria. The existence of constitutional law as an independent branch of law predetermines the existence of the science “Constitutional Law” and the study discipline of the same name, which is taught in law faculties. This article is dedicated to constitutional law as a science and as a discipline at the Faculty of Law of the University of Plovdiv “Paisii Hilendar-ski”.
