Summary/Abstract: This article draws attention to the existence of the Archive Fund of the Commission for the Nationalization of rented buildings and land suited for construction from 1959 to 1963, which is kept in the Archive of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The fund is completely arranged and can serve as a good source for the study of the aforementioned historical processes, but also for the eventual procedures of returning property in the case of restitution.
