Summary/Abstract: Milosava Grozdić (b. 1958) from Žagubica (Jagubiţa), a village in the Braničevo district, Eastern Serbia is well known in her village, but also in the whole region of Homolje and the Mlava Valley (which runs through Ždrelo/ Jdrela to the small town of Petrovac na Mlavi), for her cooking skills and for her natural products with therapeutic values. During 2022 we had two meetings with her, the first on 16 April 2022, the second on 22 September 2022. Both meetings took place in her house in the centre of the village Žagubica (Jagubiţa). This article transcribes in complete form the first conversation with Milosava Grozdić. It is a discussion in which she speaks about how she learned to cook and how she learned the healing properties of plants, and she also communicated with numerous details 16 local cuisine recipes.
