Summary/Abstract: Behaviors that affect honor or professional probity or the prestige of justice. First prosecutor who, via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger applications, initiated conversations of an intimate nature and met, outside the procedural framework, with a person who had the status of an injured party in a criminal case that he was investigating. Incompatibility. The obligation to abstain in the situation where the case prosecutor has initiated and developed a personal relationship with a party of the file with the resolution of which he was entrusted with.
