Summary/Abstract: NATIONAL PHILOLOGY CONFERENCE FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS, BLAGOEVGRAD 2012 / The present text attempts at researching the inter-spaces (of meaning) in the works of Nathalie Stephens - Nathanael (and the ‘Me Nathanael’ in particular). The inter in ‘Me Nathanael’ is read and considered once as hyper-fiction and hypertext of the therapeutic writing, and second – through the main themes which could be found in “Me Nathanael”. These are presented as a symbolic matrix-structure of visions-meanings (all considered as correlated) of the word – the voice – the body and gender, specifically the inter-gender clearly stated, and even further – manifestated in the works of Nathalie Stephens. The text used the newly formulated (from the authors themselves) critical approach of “thinking of / in the text is like / through shades without frame”, i. e. inter is seen as fragmentariness (in terms of thinking/reading ‘Me Nathanael’ and Stephens’ texts in general) and a third body is drawn by the authors as the possibility (and inhabitance) of another, impossible (third, inter-) gender – that denying monoidentification and conventional determination in the already known forms (bodily and psychosomatically).
