Summary/Abstract: A dominant social science paradigm since the 1990s, that is, used to explain the new perspective on socio-cultural changes in a world transitioning from the industrial order to the post-industrial and informational order, is known as globalization. This paradigm is recognized as legitimate by several authors, descendants of modernity, who witnessed the rise, fall and bankruptcy of the bourgeois spirit.
