Summary/Abstract: The importance of the statements of the suspect/defendant is well-known for the criminal process. The method of obtaining the statements, the reproduction of the situations that happened, and the determination of the participation of the suspect/defendant in finding out the truth is the "calling card" for the judicial body when we talk about the hearing. An important thing, not to be neglected for the assessment of the sincerity or not, of the person being heard is based on the methods used in the hearing process.
