Summary/Abstract: Globalization is a concept that brings positive and negative changes in the environment. It directly or indirectly and equally or unequally governs the economy of society, state politics and social relations between people. Its impact on changes in the environment has various social, economic, technical-technological, ideological-cultural, military and political consequences. Globalization covers all spheres of individual and collective existence of people, nations and countries. The adoption of international regulatory frameworks and standards that apply at the level of all countries is increasingly certain. With the term globalization, essential elements in the systems that have power and force are radically changed, that is, the regulatory frameworks of the international economic, global political, geopolitical and military security system are modified and adapted to current conditions.
