Summary/Abstract: This workshop is about conflict control, like as the conflicts with income mensurate tendencies and individual effects, group or whole nation or amongst individuals, groups and the nations within competitive practices or situations. After showing different seen conflict aspects, conflicts which were the reasons of such situation and levels; the aim of this workshop is showing the necessity of being a certain amount of conflict within the organization. It's considered that harmonic and established organization without conflicts became static, rigid and unavailable to follow its variable environment. Setting on the facts that conflict can be functional and non-functional one, the participants of workshop will know so called PAEI concept with a view to reaching functional and constructive conflict. According to this concept team work is supported as conflicts resolution different personal styles which contribute creating of organizational climate when conflicts became and stayed constructive. Constructive conflict is eligible, because it fosters development and beams qualitative making a decision, and non-constructive conflict is frustration source which blocks individual and organizational development. Although conflict resolution style is known, but at the end possible conflict resolutions will be shown.
