Summary/Abstract: The focus of library activities in the twenty-first century moves from the collection to His Highness's- User. This change in the academic milieu is reflected in at least two directions: the demands aimed at expanding range of available information resources for the development of science-teaching process becomes the epicenter of interest, while at the same time there is a need for library space as well as adapt to the need to socialize the younger generation to live a parallel life in an alienated world of social networking. In this sense, of a capital importance is constantly studying the habits and priorities of active and potential users of library services for innovating in a way that the institution of the library guarantees a key role in ensuring the quality of study and research within the university community.
