Some reflections on preliminary thesis project of the Romanian Administrative Code

Summary/Abstract: The study highlights the need to correlate the provisions of the new Administrative Code with those of a new Constitution prior the Code. Here are some basic concepts of administrative law as guidelines in the legal executive branch like public administration, executive activity, administrative law, administrative action, including new concepts such as administrative person and the tasks, duties, powers and legal capacity are redefined, obtaining brief characterizations regarding the central and local executive authorities to facilitate guiding the developing subsequent legislation.
