Summary/Abstract: We often have the opportunity to hear that conflicts in relationships with others are neither good nor bad in themselves, but that their consequences for the work team can be both good and bad. The school is an example of a complex work team determined by the educational structure of the employees, the variety of tasks it performs, working conditions, etc. In the school team, workers are forced to cooperate and communicate with each other. The paper presents students opinions about the positive and negative consequences of conflict in relationships with others within the school collective. Pedagogy students of the II cycle of studies at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo participated in the research. The aim of the research is to present students views on the possible causes of conflict in the school collective and present proposals, from the position of a (future) pedagogue, how to prevent and prevent the negative consequences of conflict in the school collective. The students opinion is that there is no universal way of resolving conflicts in relationships with others, just as there is no complete harmony among the employees of the school collective. And when it seems that relationships are completely harmonious, it's actually a matter of avoiding, suppressing or denying the problem. Therefore, they suggest that conflict resolution strategies should be adapted to the specifics of a particular situation with a tendency to use cooperation as a constructive way of conflict resolution within interpersonal relationships
