Cooperation between administrative and police authorities in proceedings on administrative offences

Summary/Abstract: Mutual cooperation of administrative bodies and coordination of their activi¬ties is one of the attributes of the right to good administration. It is closely linked to the principle of quickness and procedural economy, and is also crucial for the proceedings on administrative offences. The aim of the contribution is to present the relevant proce¬dural procedures before the commencement of proceedings on administrative offences and during their course at first instance, in which the author sees a manifestation of the principle of cooperation between competent authorities.
