Development of judgments of administrative courts in cases of inactivity of administrative bodies

Summary/Abstract: The requirement to prohibit unreasonably long proceedings is an important part of the right to a fair trial, as well as the right to good governance. Judicial protection provided by courts in administrative justice contributes significantly to strengthening the legal status of persons inactivity of the administrative bodies affected by their rights. The purpose of the contribution is to draw attention to the judgments of administrative courts in cases of inactivity of public administration and to highlight its development as well as reflection de lege ferenda
