Summary/Abstract: Institute of reversal to previous status is one of the traditional institutes of the administrative procedural law. The aim of this paper is to clarify this institute de lege lata and focus on the legal regulation of this institute in the Code of Administrative Procedure from the year 1928, which can be understood as a model and a source of inspiration of the legislator in the creation of the Code of Administrative Procedure from the year 2004. It will also be noted on the basis of both legal regulations and the transformations of the institute of reversal to previous status under the influence of the political milieu in the second half of the 20th century.
