Summary/Abstract: In recent years, there has been a growing interest in technologies supported by artificial intelligence. Due to the fact that there is a visible tendency to implement such tools in all areas of human life, they will undoubtedly also be used in the citizen-state relationship. This will probably result in a gradual penetration of AI also into court proceedings. As this matter also concerns constitutional rights, including the right to a fair trial, it is neces- sary to analyze the admissibility of such solutions in the light of Polish procedural law. It seems that the degree of computerization of the civil procedure allows us to assume that further digital transformation of the procedure is inevitable. Artificial intelligence can be used not only in the context of replacing judges with robots, but above all as a tool sup- porting judicial processes, as well as a tool supporting the work of court experts.
